At Bare Bones Butchering we believe in quality, tradition, and community. We are committed to providing local farmers and ranchers with premium grade butchering services at affordable pricing.

Our passion for top quality cuts and smoked products is backed by 30 years of experience raising, processing, curing, and packaging meat products. Every inch of our 4,000 sqft processing facility is designed to provide a professional and customized touch from our table to yours.

As a farmer, hunter, and homesteader, Joe found his passion for butchering providing farm fresh products to his family. 


Joe and his wife Denae set out together with the vision of extending the benefits of locally farmed meat to the community.

"Hunter with a passion for butchering!"


Earl resides in Westfield, PA with his wife (and fellow Bare Bones Butcher) Jill. 


A butcher for 6+ years, Earl hopes to manage his own butchering facility one day.


When Earl and his GSP "Ada" aren't hunting, he can be found serving their church Boyd's Corners Bible.

Jill graduated from Jasper-Troupsburg and has been butchering ever since!


With 4+ years experience in every area of operations, Jill is the Bare Bones 'Swiss Army Knife'.


In addition to hunting and participating in church missions and services, Jill raises show cattle that compete (and place) at the national level.

Logan is a Cuba-Rushford graduate. He moved to Indiana but has relocated back to WNY with his family and beloved dog.


In his spare time Logan enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and spending time with his family.
