Processing fee for hang weights less than 435 lbs plus slaughter fee

We allow up to 10 lbs  per animal before charging.

Dry or wet brined cuts, that have already been processed before dropping off at our shop, are slow-cooked

This is an extra if you would like your deer to be caped out for a shoulder mount.

This may be charged if the deer comes in with a poor gut job or comes in with an excessive amount of dirt/debris.
