Individual quarters consist of two front and two rear quarters (left and right sides of the animal).
Split quarters are orders where cuts from front and hind quarters of a beef are evenly distributed across the customers.
*Customers with Individual Quarters will only receive cuts from either the front or hind quarter NOT both.
